Our cooling season runs long and hard — May through September of near-continuous runtime in many homes. Two-season maintenance is not upsell here; it is how the equipment survives the climate.
Questions we get
What does a tune-up include?
Coil condition, filter, charge, capacitor and contactor readings, drain and float switch, blower check, and safety controls — documented, with readings you can keep.
Is a maintenance plan worth it?
If you plan to keep the equipment three or more years, priority scheduling and caught-early failures usually pay for it. If the system is near end-of-life, put the money toward the replacement fund instead — we will say so.
