Furnace Repair

A furnace that will not light, will not stay lit, or wakes the household with a screech is almost always one small part away from working again. We repair all major gas and electric furnace brands in Muscle Shoals, Florence, and the surrounding towns.

Questions we get

Can a dirty flame sensor really shut down my furnace?
Yes — it is the most common no-heat call we run. The sensor proves flame to the control board; a film on it reads as 'no flame' and the board locks the gas off as a safety measure. Cleaning or replacing it is quick work.
What is a cracked heat exchanger, and is it urgent?
It is the wall between combustion gas and your breathing air. A crack means carbon monoxide can enter the airflow — the unit comes out of service. If a crack is found, we show it to you and lay out the replacement options.
