Emergency HVAC Service

No heat on a January night with kids in the house, or no cooling over a July weekend with an elderly parent visiting — those cannot wait for Tuesday. We work emergency calls across the Shoals with honest phone triage: what you can safely do right now, when we can be there, and what the visit will involve.

Questions we get

What should I do first in an HVAC emergency?
For any gas smell: leave the house and call your gas company first. Otherwise — shut the system off at the thermostat (and the breaker for burning smells), and call us with what you saw, heard, and smelled. Details speed everything up.
Do you charge extra for emergency hours?
After-hours and weekend calls carry emergency rates, stated plainly on the phone before we dispatch. No surprises on the invoice that were not on the call.
